HOW WE BEST CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN DURING COVID-19

The safety of your children and your entire family is our primary mission during these unprecedented times.

If you prefer to check in from your car, please call us when you arrive in our parking lot. We will meet you at your car and escort you directly to an exam room.

We believe the best practice for your safety involves three key missions:

1. Assuring our patients have safe access to well visits and immunizations.

The American Academy of Pediatrics and the CDC believe it is crucial for children to stay up to date on their immunizations at this time. We are currently scheduling well visits in the morning and the early afternoon. Our entire office is rigorously cleaned throughout the day and in between patient visits. We are asking that you limit the number of people in the exam room and ideally would prefer one caregiver and one patient in the room at one time.

2. Assuring our sick patients can be seen by our physicians, keeping them away from urgent care and emergency rooms.

Urgent Care and emergency rooms need to be saved for true emergencies. We are currently scheduling potentially contagious patients in the late afternoon. This eliminates full waiting rooms and allows us to adhere to proper social distancing.

3. We offer VIRTUAL visits!

If you are not comfortable coming into our office but you still want to talk to the physician, call our office and, if appropriate, we will schedule a time for you to see our physician virtually. Once scheduled, we will email you a link to log in and meet with a physician.

Suggested virtual visits include, but are not limited to rashes, ADHD follow-up, anxiety/depression, and behavioral concerns.
